The Beaches sits on a spectacular site overlooking the River Tay at Linn Pool, Stanley.  It is a large contemporary country house which was built in 1998. It has an adjoining two bedroom fully contained cottage suitable for au-pair, holiday let.  

The property is accessed via an adopted road to its entrance with substantial gardens to the front of the property overlooking the River Tay and beyond.  

Burnmouth Ferry was one of the traditional crossings on the River Tay which is a salmon river.  The Linn Pool stretches downstream to the Stanley Weir with the well know Stanley Mills and beyond.    

Stanley Village provides excellent facilities including primary school, church, general store, post office, chemist, butcher, takeaway, bars, hotel and restaurants.  

Stanley is well situated for access to the main road and motorways for all areas.   Trains are available at Dunkeld and Perth approximately 3 minutes away.  Airports are approximately one hours drive away and consist of Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow.  

For the sporting enthusiasts there is salmon and trout fishing, hill walking, golf closest being, Dunkeld and Rosemount Blairgowrie.  The famous Gleneagles Hotel is approximately 45 minutes drive away, with its world renowned golf courses.
