Another good week on the housing front, with viewings up and offers up.  There is a UK wide shortage of property coming on to the market, all estate agents reporting reducing stock.  You would think that would push prices up in the future, we are not seeing it yet but I’m sure it is ahead of us. There is definitely some real movement in the market place.
If anyone knows of someone thinking of moving soon we would be glad to hear from them, or if they have been with another agent for some time but not getting results please ask them to contact us.
More good news with the UK stock market hitting a 15 year high, the economy is truly on the mend, which will bode well for the property market.  Looks like good news all round!
